1. Using Our Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Free Trials & Subscriptions

We offer a free trial period on new accounts. After the trial ends, continued use of paid features requires an active subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

3. Acceptable Use

• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• You will not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• You will not resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of the customer, vehicle, and shop data you enter into Mektrics. We will only use your data to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mektrics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
